Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for our software products (including SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts) and how to request a refund.
30-day no-questions-asked refunds
If you purchase a license for SharePoint Security Trimmed Quick Links (or another Incode software product) and decide it’s not a fit, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We aim to make this process simple and fair.
How to request a refund
Email support@incodesoftwaresolutions.com with:
- your organization name
- the product name
- the purchase date and receipt/transaction reference
- the email address used during purchase (if different from the one you’re emailing from)
If your request is about licensing or procurement (quotes, invoicing, or user count), you can also contact sales@incodesoftwaresolutions.com.
Timing and method of refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Timing can vary by payment provider and bank, but we typically action eligible refunds within a few business days.
Exceptions
If applicable law provides mandatory consumer rights or refund requirements, those rights apply and may override parts of this policy.
